For this event,\u00a0community managers and their management company executives, guest speakers, and the community association attorneys and service providers from all parts of Virginia will meet to discuss this year&#8217;s topic: <a href=\"http:\/\/cvccai.org\/picture\/92brochure_vlr_2012-lr.pdf\">Changing Times in Community Associations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.tarleyrobinson.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/100_0090.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-1781\" title=\"Homestead photo\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.tarleyrobinson.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/100_0090-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Both Susan Tarley and John Tarley will teach classes at the VLR, discussing topics about which\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.tarleyrobinson.com\/?cat=57\">we blog frequently<\/a>.\u00a0The topics for this year&#8217;s event include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learning to Communicate like a Pro;<\/li>\n<li>The Role of a Manager as a First Responder;<\/li>\n<li>Leadership Training;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing for &#8220;Forcing Green&#8221; Legislation (taught by <a href=\"http:\/\/tarleyrobinson.com\/?page_id=19\">Susan Tarley<\/a>);<\/li>\n<li>Conflict Management Skills;<\/li>\n<li>Virginia Legislative Update; and<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with Lawsuits (taught by <a href=\"http:\/\/tarleyrobinson.com\/?page_id=17\">John Tarley<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The VLR provides us with an opportunity to mingle with other industry professionals so we can provide better service <a href=\"http:\/\/library.tarleyrobinson.com\/?s=yorkshire\">for our clients<\/a>.
